New Generation United Inc (NGU) mentors, tutors, and trains youth ages 14–24 while partnering with small businesses to provide real-world learning opportunities. Together, we equip young people with the skills, experience, and confidence needed to succeed in education, careers, and entrepreneurship while strengthening our communities.

Our Board

Sandra Claridy-Simpson is the founder of New Generation United Inc., dedicated to empowering youth ages 14–24 through mentorship, training, and tutoring. She proudly served over 26 years of service in the United States military, retiring as a First Sergeant, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and mentorship.
Building on her experience and background in social work, Sandra is committed to helping young people gain the skills, confidence, and direction needed for long-term success. Her vision is to connect underserved youth with real opportunities in education, careers, and entrepreneurship.
